Peyton Fisher Yoga Company has over 20 years of experience in practicing and instructing yoga, with over 800 training hours and 4805 teaching hours accumulated.
Peyton (E-RYT-500, YACEP), is passionate about helping men and women find relief from physical pain, anxiety, and medical impediments with the use of holistic, natural pain.
For years, Peyton has worked with many causes and companies around Baton Rouge, including acting as the director of the Louisiana State Opioid Response to find natural alternatives for medical aid and relief.
Peyton’s belief is that “if you can breathe, you can practice yoga.” Each yoga session is led with kindness and patience, encouraging each student to move at their own pace and ability level, no matter what injuries or conditions you have going into your session.
As you follow through your guided flows, Peyton will help you to perfect your form or alter your movements as needed to alleviate pain and tension.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your spot and prepare for the beginning of class.
Your instructor will introduce the class and begin the flow, guiding you through each movement and taking time to help you achieve the correct form.
Following your session, you can continue to join us for weekly classes or sign up for our bi-monthly workshops with Dr. Meredith Warner!
These twice-monthly workshops feature both Peyton Fisher Yoga Company and Dr. Meredith Warner.
Peyton will lead each workshop, and Dr. Warner will explain the importance of your movements for relief from chronic pain and ailment.
If you experience pain during your session, Dr. Warner will be available to help you pinpoint your pain and its cause to help you find the most effective means of relief.
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing to your session. T-shirts and leggings, yoga pants, or shorts are all appropriate choices.
You can wear tennis shoes and socks throughout the class or choose to go barefoot for your session.
If you have yoga gear, fantastic! You can bring your own yoga mat and blocks, but we at Warner Orthopedics & Wellness will provide mats if you are unable to bring your own.
Water will be available on-site throughout your class, and masks are not required to attend.
