Meet Your Doctor: Dr. Kyle Lindow

Meet Your Doctor: Dr. Kyle Lindow
October 21, 2020EducationMedical Articles

Baton Rouge Board-Certified Podiatrist

Dr. Kyle Lindow is a board-certified Podiatrist in Baton Rouge (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) in the State of Louisiana. He also holds a Certificate of Advanced Practice Surgical Treatment of the Ankle.

While he prefers to offer less invasive options first, when appropriate, these advanced certifications give him the expertise to better understand the underlying structures of the foot and ankle and what options are available to naturally improve overall foot health.

Joining The Warner Orthopedics & Wellness Team

Dr. Lindow joined Warner Orthopedics and Wellness after a rigorous three-year foot and ankle surgical residency program at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, TX. During his residency, he trained under 30+ of the leading foot and ankle specialists in TX and focused on the latest advances in both conservative therapy and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. During his time at Hunt, he also served as Chief Resident of the program.

Dr. Lindow completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at LSU and attended podiatric medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, graduating in the top of his class.

Originally from Buras, LA, Dr. Lindow now lives in Zachary with his wife and three daughters and spends his spare time with family, enjoying LSU sports, traveling, and, of course, golfing.

Special Medical Interests

During his time at Hunt Regional Medical Center, Dr. Kyle Lindow developed an interest in the areas of trauma, sports medicine, flatfoot reconstruction, reconstructive surgery, total ankle arthroplasty, and diabetic foot and ankle reconstruction. Dr. Lindow has a special interest in the treatment and care of diabetic foot wounds; he is an expert in this field.

He takes a unique approach with his patients, advocating multiple treatment options before recommending surgery. This mindset is what drew him to Warner Orthopedics & Wellness. As a physician, Dr. Lindow believes that functional recovery is often the most optimal and effective way in ensuring long-term improvement in his patients’ overall health.

He works closely with each of his patients to establish essential, and realistic, lifestyle changes that better their long-term wellbeing, and has found that working in an independent practice allows him the flexibility to really work with his patients and get to know them well enough to make such recommendations.

The team here at Warner Orthopedics & Wellness is designed to help guide each patient from diagnosis to recovery each step of the way. From consultation, to treatment, and recovery, our team works closely with you and with each other to ensure the best possible outcomes for your treatment plan.
