Our mission at Warner Orthopedics and Wellness is to improve our community’s well-being and functional abilities with evidence-based treatments and at the same time reduce pain in the community and promote healthy lifestyles. We achieve our mission with a very detailed and thorough assessment of each individual that leads to a personalized treatment plan that is based on research and data.

We do not ignore the whole of a person in order to see more people each day and increase our ‘production’ and ‘volume of revenues’. Rather, at Warner Orthopedics and Wellness we strive to treat each client as though we were related to them. This simple principle ensures that we do not cut corners and that we do not treat a patient too quickly.

Dr. Warner is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. In addition, she has specialized training both in the treatment of pain (back, neck, body) and in the advanced treatment of the foot and ankle. She is a veteran of two wars (Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom) and has significant combat surgical experience. Dr. Warner has also served as a volunteer for the LSU Volunteer Health Corp, served on mission trips to Haiti and Nepal and also is a founding member of a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing orthopedic and rehabilitation care in our community.

Dr. Warner has selected a highly motivated team to assist her in her mission. She works closely with a fellowship-trained manipulative physical therapist, her nurse, her X-ray team, her medical assistants and local partners such as YogaBliss, Woman’s Hospital, Fleet Feet Sports, Post Trauma Institute and other organizations interested in promoting health and well-being within the community.

Warner Orthopedics and Wellness believes that if you have an injury or are in pain it is not fair to ask you to wait for hours in an uncomfortable waiting room. We designed our waiting area to be pleasant and comfortable and constantly strive to have the shortest wait times in the area. We also believe that if you are mobility impaired, parking is very important and we have selected a location with parking merely 10 feet from our door. The team that assists in your care is highly motivated and full of compassion and care for the members of our community.

Dr. Warner also believes in education. Her mother is a teacher and so was her grandfather. She believes that patients should be empowered with knowledge and she spends time to make sure her patients understand their problems and how best to treat them. She is often found teaching seminars, writing educational blogs or papers and participating in community groups that also promote education.

Expect to be treated with professionalism and compassion at Warner Orthopedics and Wellness. Expect to learn how you can treat your injury or pain with the best and state-of-the-art methods available. Expect to learn how natural remedies, personalized exercise programs, methods like yoga and biofeedback could help you. Expect your surgeon and doctor to use evidence-based techniques and treatments with proven outcomes. In short, expect the best and you will get the best. Warner Orthopedics and Wellness believes in providing only the best care possible for our clients.
