At Warner Orthopedics, we do not and will not use embryo cells. We harvest mesenchymal stem cells from your own bone.
Stem cells can be multipotent or pluripotent.
Multipotent stem cells can develop into many different types of cells.
Pluripotent stem cells have the potential to grow into any type of cell that occurs in the human body.
Adult mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow are multipotent.
In recent years, stem cells have been popular within the medical community thanks to their regenerative properties and the remarkable potential they hold for treating illnesses.
Stem cells hold the potential to develop into many different cell types. Their abilities to transform at a moment’s notice make stem cells a game-changer in medical science and offer doctors new possibilities for treating injuries affecting the joints and ligaments.
They also function as an internal maintenance system, dividing without limits and replenishing surrounding cells in the process.
As stem cells divide, the new cells will either remain stem cells or develop into another type of cell with a specialized function, such as a brain cell, muscle cell or red blood cell. In some areas of the body, like the gut or bone marrow, stem cells regularly divide and repair damaged, worn tissues.
Stem cell therapy can be used to treat a variety of illnesses and disorders, including the following:
In most cases, a single stem cell therapy treatment will only take about four hours and is an outpatient procedure. Recovery time varies depending on your condition. You may experience mild discomfort at the injection site after treatment. However, you will most likely be able to return to regular activity the next day.
At Warner Orthopedics & Wellness, we provide stem cell therapy for orthopedic, rheumatic and other painful conditions affecting most joints and tendon. If you have experienced an injury to tendons and ligaments in your hand, wrist, hip, foot, shoulder or any other joint, you may be a good candidate for stem cell therapy. Our specialist can also treat muscular damage, including tears, fibrosis, trigger points and other chronic issues. Traditional options for patients include treatment through injection with bone marrow concentrate (MSC, stem cells). Warner Orthopedic & Wellness’s unique treatment method is the tool of choice for many conditions including arthritis, sprains, tears and more, and can help you quickly overcome your injury.
