These twice-monthly workshops feature both Peyton Fisher Yoga Company and Dr. Meredith Warner.
Peyton will lead each workshop, and Dr. Warner will explain the importance of your movements for relief from chronic pain and ailment.
If you experience pain during your session, Dr. Warner will be available to help you pinpoint your pain and its cause to help you find the most effective means of relief.
